我们来到公园，绕着公园跑。雾气弥漫，覆盖在公园上空。花朵上还沾着滴滴露珠;鱼池里的鱼儿们还没有睡醒呢;篮球场也竭力睁着沉重的.眼皮;柳树扯着丝条睡觉。不知不觉中，已经跑了一圈，“脸上全是水了。”我就装着很累的样子对爸爸说：“好累，休息一会儿吧。”“不行，一圈就累了吗”爸爸说。我指着脸上的水，说：“看!全是汗。”爸爸一口咬定那是雾。没有办法，只得跟他跑。一圈又一圈，也不知跑了多少圈，只觉越跑越精神。不知不觉，曙光射破了黎明的薄雾，我们愉快地回去了。
说也奇怪，跑完后，我觉得人特别精神，做事特别起劲，不一会，我就把当周的作业做完了。

运动有好多种：打球、赛跑、爬山、远足…，我喜欢骑自行车—可以增进骨骼、肌肉发展;游泳——能帮助血液循环，增强心肺功能;跑步——能促进新陈代谢、舒展身心、锻炼身体，增进身体健康。我喜欢赛跑竞赛输赢的刺激感，运动后满身大汗、精疲力尽全身舒畅的感觉。然而，运动给我的启示不在于输赢，而是在于锻炼身体，并且培养团结合作的精神。
我爱运动。适当的运动的运动，才能拥有健康的身体。运动的选择最好能符合自己的兴趣和年龄，并且不宜过于激烈，以免造成了意外和伤害，不可不谨慎。希望人人都运动，大家都健康。
