Article60Allpropertyillegallyobtainedbyacriminalshallberecovered，orcompensationshallbeordered.Contrabandsandpossessionsofthecriminalthatwereusedinthecrimeshallbeconfiscated.

Forcriminalswhoareparoled，theperiodstipulatedintheprecedingparagraphshallbecountedfromthedatetheparoleexpires.
Article62Acounterrevolutionarywhocommitsanothercrimeofcounterrevolutionatanytimeafterservinghissentenceorreceivingapardonshallbedealtwithasarecidivist.

Article71Acriminalsentencedtopublicsurveillance，criminaldetention，fixed-termimprisonmentorlifeimprisonmentmayhavehispunishmentcommutedifheshowstruerepentanceorperformsmeritoriousservicewhileservinghissentence.However，afteroneormorecommutations，thetermofpunishmentactuallytobeservedbythosesentencedtopublicsurveillance，criminaldetentionorfixed-termimprisonmentmaynotbelessthanhalfofthetermoriginallydecided；forthosesentencedtolifeimprisonment，itmaynotbelessthantenyears.
Article72Atermoffixed-termimprisonmentthatiscommutedfromalifeimprisonmentshallbecountedfromthedatetheorderofcommutationisissued.
Section7Parole
Article74Theprobationperiodforparoleinthecaseofafixed-termimprisonmentshallbeequaltotheportionofthetermthathasnotbeencompleted；theprobationperiodforparoleinthecaseoflifeimprisonmentshallbetenyears.
Theprobationperiodforparoleshallbecountedfromthedatethecriminalisreleasedonparole.
Section8Limitation
（1）fiveyears，whenthemaximumprescribedpunishmentisfixed-termimprisonmentoflessthanfiveyears；（2）tenyears，whenthemaximumprescribedpunishmentisfixed-termimprisonmentofnotlessthanfiveyearsbutlessthantenyears；

Iffurthercrimeiscommittedduringalimitationperiodforprosecution，thelimitationperiodforprosecutionoftheformercrimeshallbecountedfromthedatethelattercrimeiscommitted.

Article95Ringleadersofanarmedmassrebellionorotherswhosecriminalinvolvementsareveryseriousshallbesentencedtolifeimprisonmentorfixed-termimprisonmentofnotmorethantenyears；otheractiveparticipantsshallbesentencedtofixed-termimprisonmentofnotlessthanthreeyearsandnotmorethantenyears.
