TheCivilCodeofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,adoptedattheThirdSessionofthe13thNationalPeople'sCongressofthePeople'sRepublicofChinaonMay28,2020,isherebypromulgatedandshallcomeintoforceasofJanuary1,2021.
