期刊简介
AsianJournalofLawandSociety(《亚洲法与社会杂志》)由上海交通大学凯原法学院的法社会学研究中心(现已实体化为上海交通大学的校级跨学科平台“中国法与社会研究院”)与剑桥大学出版社合作出版,于2014年正式创刊,迄今已历10周年。该杂志为中国第一份法社会学杂志、亚洲第一份法社会学英文杂志、世界上唯一一本以亚洲为中心的法社会学杂志。这份国际学术期刊2014年至2019年期间每年出版2辑,自2020年起每年出版3辑。目前期刊仅在剑桥网站的每年下载量就达到6万人次,如果包括诸如ProQuest的第三方平台在内每年下载量接近10万人次,获得了将近8000家机构订户,显示了令人欣喜的影响力。该杂志从2020年以来三年间的平均被引次数评分为1.4;在2023年影响因子为0.8,自主投稿数达到208篇,较前一年度增加13%,在同等规模的学术期刊中表现颇亮丽。

在办刊过程中,邀请了劳伦斯弗里德曼、贡塔托依布纳、青木昌彦等世界著名学者撰写特稿,通过主编组织了一系列重要专辑(例如“亚洲数字化转型与法律”“亚洲语境中的比较法律史研究”等)计19期,还吸引了越来越多的学术论文投稿。

TheAsianJournalofLawandSocietywelcomesthesubmissionofresearcharticlesfromscholarsandpractitionersonsocio-legalquestionsinanAsiancontext.InterdisciplinaryapproachesareparticularlyencouragedwhichaddresslawandsocietyissuesacrossAsia.Inthisrespect,thegeographicalfocusoftheJournalstretchesfromEastAsia,SouthAsiaandSouthEastAsiatoCentralAsia.
TheAsianJournalofLawandSocietywillconsiderthesubmissionofarticlesvaryinginlengthfrom5,000to7,500words(shortarticles–includingfootnotes)upto10,000to25,000words(longarticles–includingfootnotes).Reviewessaysupto10,000wordsarealsowelcomeaswellasbookreviewsbetween1,000and1,500words.
