2015年以来，海洋科学学院新引进人才179名，其中专任教师60名、专职研究人员（含博士后）119名，他们正逐步成为一支可靠、可信赖、高水平的学术中坚力量。
WenhaoWangjoinedtheSchoolofMarineSciences,SunYat-senUniversityasanassociateprofessoranddoctoraladvisorinSeptember2024.
WenhaoWangreceivedhisBScfromNanjingUniversity,hisMPhilfromtheHongKongUniversityofScienceandTechnology,andcompletedhisPhDinJanuary2021attheUniversityofSouthampton(NationalOceanographyCentre).Followingthat,heconductedpostdoctoralresearchatRoyalHollowayUniversityofLondonandUniversityofViennawherehewasawardedaMarieSkodowska-CurieIndividualFellowship.
WenhaoWang’sresearchfocusesonmarinetraceelementsandtheirisotopes(suchasδ53Cr,δ56Fe,δ187Re).Hehasutilisednon-traditionalisotopetoolstotracecross-sphereelementalexchanges,andtoconstrainbiogeochemicalprocessesatvariousscales.Hisfindingshavebeenpublishedinleadingjournals,includingEarthandPlanetaryScienceLetters.
