如果长期食用这种东西的话,就会让人发胖,生病。因为第一,油炸食品中一定会有油的,正因为有大量的油,那些常吃炸串的人就会发胖,因为油多了的话,就不会转变成营养,而是脂肪,脂肪一旦多了的话就会发胖。所以尽量少吃这种油炸食品,最好是不吃。

第二就是烧烤,有的人说,炸串有油,那烧烤也没那么多油,吃了也没多大的事,这种说法是错误的。烧烤虽然没那么多油,但烧烤是烤出来的,烤时又有致癌物质,吃多了会得癌症的。所以这种东西最好也不要吃

说了这么多,我希望人们不要多吃那种被称为“垃圾食品”的东西了,那些东西会危害到我们的健康的。
