1.弯曲性不良
特点：钢材弯曲180度试验时，加工部位的涂层发生龟裂及涂层剥离
发生原因：
1）、前处理的掌握量过多。
2）、涂层厚度过厚。
3）、过度烘烤。
4）、下涂涂料同上涂涂料的制造厂家不同，或稀料的使用不当。

特点：用制图铅笔用力在涂层表面划一道，擦去后表面留下一道划痕
1）炉温低，涂层固化不充分。
2）加热条件不适当
3）涂层厚度比规定的厚

特点：由于钢带受到外部的冲击，板表面出现突出或凹陷，有的有一定的间距，有的没有

3）倒卷时受到外部冲击。

特点：已干燥的表面涂层象橘子皮一样粗糙，不均匀
1）湿膜过厚。
2）涂料的黏度较高时。

1)Thewetfilmistoothick.
2)Whentheviscosityofthecoatingishigh.
7.耐溶剂性能差
特点：丁酮擦拭有点状掉漆
1）烘烤温度没有达到要求
2）涂料的固化有问题
3）前处理清洗不干净

2）板面中间面漆未涂上，底漆冷却后板面有水或其它异物。
10.Leakage
Features:Finishisnotpainted
1）Thesidefinishpaintisnotpainted,thesubstrateplatetypeisnotgoodorthepressurebetweenthecoatedrollerandthelargebackrollerisinsufficient.
2）Themiddlefinishoftheplateisnotcoated,andthereiswaterorotherforeignmatteraftercoolingtheprimer.
11.色差
