1、网上预约服务的宗旨是“以民为本、提高效率、创新服务”。
?Theprincipleofonlinereservationserviceisto“putpeoplefirst,improveefficiencyandinnovateservice”.
2、预约受理日期为15日内的工作日，截止到前一天下午15:00。
?Thereservationacceptancedateisaworkingdaywithin15days,endingat15:00p.m.ofthepreviousday.
3、预约当事人填写信息应准确、完整，信息错误预约无效，婚姻登记机关不予受理。
?Theinformationfilledinbythepartiestothereservationshallbeaccurateandcomplete.Iftheinformationiswrong,thereservationshallbeinvalidandnotbeacceptedbythemarriageregistrationauthority.
4、预约成功后，当事人应当在预约日期和时段到场办理，婚姻登记机关按照法律规定、预约程序受理申请。
?Afterthereservationissuccessfullymade,thepartiesconcernedshallbepresentatthedateandtimereserved,andthemarriageregistrationauthorityshallaccepttheapplicationinaccordancewiththelawandthereservationprocedure.
?Ifthepartiesconcernedfailtoarriveatthesiteatthereserveddateandtimeforprocessing,thereservationwillautomaticallybecomeinvalid,andthereservationwindowofthemarriageregistrationauthorityhastherightnottoacceptit.Ifanewreservationisneeded,thepreviousreservationrecordshallbecancelledfirst.
6、因自然灾害、电力通讯或其他设施故障等原因，致使预约服务延迟或未能履行的，婚姻登记机关不承担任何责任。
?Themarriageregistrationauthorityshallnotbeheldresponsibleforanydelayorfailuretoperformthereservationserviceduetonaturaldisastersorfailureofpower,communicationorotherdevices.
7、任何单位和个人不得修改、变更预约服务的程序和内容，不得利用网上预约进行有偿服务，否则，将承担由此产生的一切损害后果及法律责任。
?Noentityorindividualmaymodifyoraltertheproceduresandcontentsofthereservationservice,oruseonlinereservationstoprovidepaidservices,otherwise,itshallbearalltheconsequencesandlegalliabilitiesarisingtherefrom.
8、本协议的解释权归北京市民政局。
?ThepowerofinterpretationofthisagreementshallbevestedintheBeijingMunicipalCivilAffairsBureau.
