项目位于浙江省宁波市鄞州区河清北路与通途路交叉口，是处在一个比较中心的位置。南侧为市政绿地空间，虽是良好的绿化条件，但原始状态比较遮挡人行道往内的视线，且受市政管网影响，绿化带改造空间比较有限。

▽前期设计概念Preliminarydesignconcept
场地内建筑以竖向语言为主，简洁现代、清冷色调，整体呈现高级、大气、简洁的建筑品质。但作为商、住、办公一体的空间，景观主要强调柔化建筑冷色调，带给住户和顾客温馨，感受趣味性的空间，但同时也呼应建筑的高级、简洁特性，打造室内外一体化但又具有丰富度的景观空间。

在设计前期沟通中，因展示区地块涉及不同业态、地段、业主，需综合各方要求及场地现状条件，并达到设计的最佳状态。
首先是市政绿化空间，在现场考察过程中，发现周边市政绿地较为杂乱，无法直接穿透层层高大乔木吸引人流进入。且周边绿化中存在一些无法移动的地基、电箱和警示牌。需要同时满足市政方“需要保证绿地的完整性、不破坏正下方管网”的硬性要求，以及运营方“利用绿化为商业引流、增加街心公园的使用度”的营销要求。为打造更纯粹的空间，我们将市政绿化也包含在整体设计中。

其次是前场展示区空间，由于消防登高面的限制，进入室内展示空间的广场以横向铺装为主，筒状移动花池点缀。室内中庭设置层叠水景与几何雕塑，加强公寓中庭的高级感与观赏性。
最后是共享街区空间，这部分主要以商业、主入口展示空间为主，在设计上多以留白、休闲为基调，与软装、IP装置相辅相成。

Thelastpartisthesharedblockspace,whichismainlycomposedofcommercialandmainentranceexhibitionspace.Thedesignismainlybasedonwhitespaceandleisure,whichcomplementeachotherwithsoftinstallationandIPdevice.
▽广场及台阶场地思考Squareandstepsitethinking
在空间设计上，不同区域给出不同的答案，设计不希望用过于设计感的元素堆砌，也不需要以边角细节来体现精致度，而是以更松弛的方式点缀空间，随性、随意、随行，所到之处皆有景。在建筑间穿行，景观更加强化四季烟火，用直白的方式打造老少皆宜、雅俗共赏的人文景观。以人的行为导向、未来运营导向、商业视觉导向强调整体的空间氛围。

山海延伸：山海意象，直白叙事
镜头一，山海礁岛，星星点点散落无垠Shotone:Mountainsandseareefs,dottedwithstars
海风轻柔，海波幽幽，岛屿散落，水滴坠入茫茫海域。在平静的水面中泛起点点银光，这是属于海绵的永恒的欢愉。
Thewindisgentle,thewavesarequiet,theislandsarescattered,andwaterdropsfallintothevastocean.Inthecalmwateralittlesilverlight,whichbelongstothespongeofeternaljoy.
宁波作为滨海城市，受海影响较深，设计延续山海的概念，融入岛、海浪、氧气等元素，演变成雕塑、装置、绿化等内容，形成街区礁岛的形态理念。在功能上景观布置也形成了一个个“平静海面上的岛屿”一般的交流互动空间。

镜头二：空谷洞天，感知光迹沉沦深海Lens2:Theskyisempty,perceivinglighttrailssinkingintothedeepsea
被海水包裹住的洞天之所，日光清远，渗透于此，倾斜而下，落于深海光树之上，光芒散落，莹莹生辉。
室内中庭作为公寓入户必经的空间，是重要的仪式感空间、交流节点。由于原空间受顶板及绿地率的限制，选择以大面积水景作为主要设计元素。中庭景观连接四周的室内展示空间，结合廊架形成可游可赏的室内景观空间。进入中庭，叠水水景映入眼帘，网格雕塑在偌大的水面呈现倒影，使空间在宁静的氛围中又多了一分层叠的重心感。雕塑由淡金色金属网格组成，由云朵形式演变而来，构成最终“立体云朵”的设计概念，轻盈地漂浮在镜面水景之上，现代又具有科技感的元素为水景中庭创造了视觉焦点，根据元素的多种组合和参观者位置的移动，雕塑呈现出的通透度和视觉效果是不断变化的，不同角度的视觉效果和水中倒影也丰富了空间维度和视觉层次。

镜头三：折叠山林，步入幽径找寻烟火Scenethree:Foldingtheforest,intothesecludedpathtolookforfireworks
层叠向上，感知风里树影的拥抱，走遍山林，与风游走，与树作友，在层叠间留住笑语与悠闲。

建筑原始台阶还是常规的台阶+树池做法，在形式上缺少一定的趣味和生动性，在景观改造过程中，首先考虑动线，模拟登山的山路小径；同时置入坐凳功能，将台阶打造为“城市舞台观众席”的意向；最后植入IP形象雕塑嵌入花境中，丰富了观赏性与互动性，也成为街区的一大亮点。

镜头四：林栖往事，幽幽林光回溯过往Lens4:Thepastoftheforest,thefaintforestlightbackinthepast
“在自然中寻找自我，在山林中释放自我。”日光穿透林木，也穿透了时光，风与叶交织，路与木交错，引思绪回往。
公园绿地在设计过程中按照职能部门要求，结合当地政策，以绿地为主。在保留大部分原始乔木的前提下，设计中重新整理树种和位置，增加节点花境的运用，局部设置坐凳点缀，使之成为一处既可供周边市民漫步的绿地公园，又为未来内部的商业街区带来引流效果。
