根据不完全统计，美国目前已有11个州的议会通过或正在审议禁止中国人购买土地的法案，而全美总共有27个州正在考虑禁止或限制外国买家收购农业用地的提案。
不过也有在美博士称，这是国内自媒体在翻译中引发的歧义，法案的真正内容是禁止中国人购买农业土地（farmland）。
那么真相到底如何呢？我们特意为此去佛罗里达参议院的官网下载了该法案，并进行了仔细查阅。
在长达27页的法案中，与中国公民关系最为密切的是法案的Section7。事实上，Section7的开头第一句话，就给出了答案。
简单来说，就是但凡跟土地有关的一切，都不能卖给中国人。

这其中，跟一般平民可能有关的是section5，6，7
Section5:禁止foreignprincipal买农田Section6:禁止foreignprincipal在军事设施，关键建筑物附近买realproperty（包括地，房屋等等都禁止）
foreignprincipal，对于个人而言，如果你不是zf官员，那么对于一般人，是指“AnypersonwhoisdomiciledinthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandwhoisnotacitizenorlawfulpermanentresidentoftheUnitedStates”Section7：禁止PRC买任何realproperty，但是提到了“AnypersonwhoisdomiciledinthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandwhoisnotacitizenorlawfulpermanentresidentoftheUnitedStates”
所以关键的关键，就是这句话，“AnypersonwhoisdomiciledinthePeople’sRepublicofChinaandwhoisnotacitizenorlawfulpermanentresidentoftheUnitedStates”。
绿卡和公民显然不受影响。最tricky，也是最关键的是domiciledinPRC还是US。我不是专业的律师，但是chatgpt给出的解释是，itdepends，就是你如果没有绿卡，你需要证明：

最后结论:B1/B2，F1，L1，J1，O1会受限制，H-1B如果能证明自己长期定居美国，且有I-140approval，应该不受限制。
最后，至于上面视频中那位在美博士的观点，很有可能是“记混”了。毕竟目前美国的确有一些州在考虑禁止中国公民购买农业用地（farmland），但与此次佛罗里达的法案无关。
