2014年9月12日，美国厚仁教育全体员工在位于美国宾夕法尼亚州的Cook’sForest进行了一年一度的员工培训活动。此次内部培训特别邀请了厚仁教育的总裁白泊恩博士为员工进行授课。他以丰富的教学实践经验，从保持公司可持续发展的角度出发，分别从公司的使命愿景，核心价值，商业道德等三个方面为员工进行了深度剖析。
厚仁教育董事长兼创始人白泊恩博士，拥有匹兹堡大学教育学院教育学专业的哲学博士学位，在美国40多年的教育管理事业中，曾先后担任匹兹堡市公立学区总监以及多所美国高校的校长。
