FINALJUDGMENTFORDIVORCE
THISMATTERhavingcomebeforetheHonorable_________________,J.S.C.onthedayof,2023,uponthecomplaintofplaintiffandproofspresentedtotheCourt;andtheCourthavingbeensatisfiedthatthedefendantwasservedandhavingreadandconsideredtheproofsinthisaction;thematterproceededasanon-appearancedivorceatparties’requestanditappearingthatplaintiffanddefendantenteredintoamarriageonXX,20XXinacivilceremonyinCityofXX;anditappearingthattheplaintiffpleadedandprovedacauseofactionofdivorcebasedonirreconcilabledifferencesundertherelevantstatute,N.J.S.A.2A:34-2etseq;anditappearingthatatthetimethecauseofactionfordivorcearose,theplaintiffwasabonafideresidentofthisstate;andthatplaintiffhasbeenformorethanoneyearprecedingthecommencementofthisactionabonafideresidentofthisstate;anditfurtherappearingthatjurisdictionhasbeenacquireduponbothparties,andforgoodcauseshown,andthecourthavingreceivedparties’certificationinsupportofjudgmentofdivorcefiledwiththecourtonXX,2023
ITIS,onthisthdayof,2023;
ORDEREDANDADJUDGED,byvirtueofthepowerandauthorityoftheCourt,thatthemarriagebetweentheplaintiff,AAA,andthedefendant,BBB,bedissolvedandthateachofthembefreedanddischargedfromtheobligationthereof;
ANDITISFURTHERORDEREDthatthePropertySettlementAgreement,fullyexecutedonXXX,2023andannexedtothisJudgmentasJ-1,isherebymadeapartofthisFinalJudgmentofDivorceattherequestoftheparties,andshallnotmergewithbutshallsurvivethisFinalJudgmentofDivorce,andthepartiesareherebydirectedtocomplywiththetermsofthisAgreement.TheCourtspecificallynotes,however,thatithasnottakentestimonyastothemeritsofthisAgreement,andthereforeitisneitherapprovednordisapproved.
ANDITISFURTHERORDEREDthatallissuesnotraisedaredeemedabandoned.
