Thisinnovativecompetitionadoptedadual-formatapproach,includinga“ComplianceKnowledgeContest”anda“CorporateComplianceCaseStudy,”tokeeppacewiththeevolvinglandscapeofcorporatelegalwork.
Theteamcompetitionsegmentshowcasesoutstandingcompliancecasesthatserveasshareable,referenceablemodelsforreplication,andtheindividualsegmentenhancesunderstandingofcomplianceprinciples,boostingcorporateculture.
ThecompetitionhasdrownparticipantsfrombothShanghaiandtheYangtzeRiverDeltaregion,promotinganexchangeofcorporatelegalinsightsacrosstheregion.
Beyondthecorporatesphere,theselegalawarenesseffortsextendtoothervulnerablegroupstoo,suchastheelderly.
TheShanghaiSeniorHealthcareGroup,inpartnershipwiththelocalresidentialcommittees,hostedaneventatanursinghomeinPudong.Familylegaladvisorsprovidedcomprehensiveanswerstotheelderly’sconcernsaboutpropertyinheritance,willestablishment,andthepreventionofelderlyfraud.
Theysimplifiedcomplexlegalmattersusingengaginglanguage,makinglegalknowledgemoreaccessible.
“LegalClasses”werealsoconductedfortheelderly,ensuringtheycanenjoytheirgoldenyearswiththeprotectionofthelaw.
Inrecentyears,thedigitaleconomyhasgivenrisetoanewworkforce,withthenumberofnewformsofemploymentinChinareaching84millionin2024,accountingforabout21percentofthetotalworkforce.
Thisgroupcoverswidewalksoflifeincludingdeliverycouriers,ride-hailingdrivers,truckdrivers,domesticserviceworkers,anddigitalcontentcreators.
Toservethishugeworkforce,theShanghaiMunicipalTradeUnionCouncillaunchedthe“2025LegalServicesActionforNewFormsofEmployment,”whichprovideslegalservicesonlineviathe“Suishenban”app(随申办),aswellas329offlinesites.
Withplansfor100specialeventsnextyear,theinitiativeaimstoserveatleast200,000workersfromnewformsofemploymentandprovidelegalaidservices,includingnegotiation,mediation,andcaserepresentation,foratleast1,000instances.
Throughtheseinitiatives,Shanghaihasdemonstrateditsdedicationtoequippingallsegmentsofsociety,fromtheelderlytothemodernworkforce,withthelegalknowledgenecessarytonavigatetheirrightsandresponsibilities.

今年是中华人民共和国成立75周年。12月4日是第十一个国家宪法日，上海也迎来了第三十六届宪法宣传周，以一系列精彩纷呈的宪法宣传周活动，点亮了法治宣传的火炬。
随着数字经济不断发展，2024年中国的新就业形态劳动者数量达到了8400万人，占到了全国职工总数约21%。他们涵盖了快递小哥、网约车司机、货车司机、家政服务员、数字内容创作者等各行各业的从业者。为了进一步服务这一庞大的劳动群体，上海市总工会启动了2025年百场新就业形态劳动者法律服务行动，通过随申办APP“工会维权服务”公共服务事项和“法治外卖”项目、线下329个职工法律服务站点，为职工提供线上线下法律服务，并计划明年开展100场专场活动，服务新就业形态劳动者群体不少于20万人次，提供参与协商调解和案件代理等法律援助服务不少于1000人次，让广大职工劳动者更有获得感、幸福感和安全感。
